  • Next Gone, Everlasting Not Staying

    Harlequin has officially confirmed the rumors. The "Next" line will be ending as of 2/2008, though there are high hopes for a trade paperback resurrection. Though not wholly confirmed, the "Everlasting" line is, well, not so much.

  • Viking - Penguin Group (USA)

    Ali Bothwell Mancini is leaving Viking/Plume to become a freelance editor. (via Publisher's Lunch)

  • Dutton - Penguin Group (USA)

    Per Publisher's Lunch: "Former head and founder of Morgan Road Books Amy Hertz is returning to the Penguin Group (where she once was executive editor at Riverhead) to work as editor-at-large at Dutton, reporting to Brian Tart. She will focus on her core strengths of health, fitness, spirituality, psychology, literary nonfiction and memoir."
